MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The US Lawyer’s Workplace for the Jap District of Oklahoma, introduced at this time that Geovanta Ty’Kearon Lee, age 21, of Ardmore, Oklahoma, was discovered responsible by a federal jury on expenses of (1) Cyberstalking, (2) Assault with a Harmful Weapon with Intent to Do Bodily Hurt in Indian Nation, (3) Use, Carry, Brandish, and Discharge of a Firearm Throughout and in Relation to a Crime of Violence, (4) Receipt of Materials Involving the Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, and (5) Possession of Materials Involving the Sexual Exploitation of a Minor in Indian Nation. The jury trial started on Monday, February 27, 2023, and concluded on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.
In the course of the trial, the USA offered proof that on February 23, 2022, in Ardmore, Lee adopted a automobile pushed by his ex-girlfriend. When the ex-girlfriend stopped her automobile, Lee exited his automobile holding a firearm.
