    ICE joins local law enforcement in drive-by shooting investigation

    SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. – An area space man suspected of a drive-by taking pictures that left one man lifeless on Monday surrendered himself the next afternoon to native legislation enforcement. A number of federal businesses, together with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Safety Investigations (HSI), Douglas workplace, the U.S. Border Patrol, and the Cochise County Sheriff’s Workplace, assisted on this ongoing investigation.

    Rick Martin, 20, of Sierra Vista, was taken into custody with out incident and booked into the Cochise County Jail. Martin is charged with one depend of first-degree homicide, eight counts of aggravated assault, seven counts of tried first-degree homicide, 4 counts of endangerment, and two counts of misconduct with a weapon.
